Energy Therapy - How it works

When I carry out energy therapy on clients I work intuitively on high frequency energy planes.  I would work with energy imbalances, and for the individual anything may surface - every session is unique to the individual.

Sometimes emotional issues manifest as physical problems.  In this case, after the session (s) the physical problems may gradually diminish and may eventually cease to exist in the individual.  Energy therapy can also be worked on in the areas of stress, illness and injury.  Again every session(s) is / are unique to the individual.

During the session he / she may feel an immediate sense of release for example lightness and even the reduction of pain, or even pain which gradually disperses, or even nothing at all.  After the session(s), in the case of emotional issues, the individual is likely to go through a release process for a couple days - again this is very individual and nothing is set in stone.  After that it can take days, weeks or even months etc for any effects to be seen in the physical environment.  The individual may become more aware, but on the other hand he / she may not even notice the changes that take place after the therapy.  Below are a few comments I have received from clients:

-  you may start to think in a positive way,
-  you may begin to feel happy in your own skin / be more confident,
-  you may attract different / more positive types of people into your social and professional circle,
-  you may begin to have more energy,
-  you may find yourself being strongly guided by your own intuition,
-  you may find yourself being gently pushed forward and not being pulled back
etc...

Bhujangasana (cobra pose) for your back, digestive system etc...

Bhujangasana (cobra pose)

In addition to strengthening of the upper and lower back, the cobra pose offers other benefits which include the massaging of the abdominal organs / adrenal glands, promote elimination (including the liver and kidneys), and toning of the abdominal muscles, thyroid and parathyroid glands.  It opens up your chest and regular practice of this posture contributes to the strengthing of the upper body (the shoulders and arms).  Give 5 minutes for this exercise.

This posture is contraindicated in pregrancy and if in doubt about anything else always consult your doctor.

Begin by laying flat on your stomach and resting your head to one side, legs together and the soles of the feet facing up.  Empty your thoughts, feel yourself weightless and take 3 deep breaths.

Bring your palms to rest on the floor directly below your shoulders and your forehead on the floor, with the head & neck relaxed.  Take a deep inhale, roll your shoulders open and slowly raise your upper body, then your neck and then your head by pushing up with your fingers.  Keep your elbows bent and close to your body.  At this stage the weight should be on the arms and shoulders.  Hold the position for 10 to 15 seconds.

Now take another deep inhale and arch your back.  Be gentle when tilting your head and neck back to avoid any tension.  Now tighten your bottocks.  Hold the position for 15 seconds breathing normally.  In the final position the pubic bone is in contact with the floor and the navel is raised only a couple of cms from the floor.  The elbows should be slightly bent.

To come out of the position, release and straighten your back.  Then bring your navel, chest, shoulders, neck and head down to the floor, and finally the forehead. Give 10 seconds in this position.  Then push yourself up gently and come into a child pose (Balasana) with your arms extended over the head.  Give yourself 10 seconds in this posture.

Next pull yourself forward to straighten yourself flat onto your stomach, and repeat the process upto 5 times.  At all times make sure the inhalation is deep and the exhalation is complete keeping the movements to a smooth flow.

Balasana
Balasana (or child's pose) is a prone position which brings your spine into a resting place after the back bend.

In this posture you will be kneeling and lower legs tucked (with your knees in line with your hips, and the feet together).  The chest will come to rest between the thighs, and forehead on the floor.

A daily 5 minute meditation practice for the busy mind

This daily meditation practice (also called mindfulness) is an effective way to quieten the mind and allow the self to experience the benefits of being in the now.  Being in the now allows the individual to forget the past and the future, and appreciate what you have right now.  Experiencing this on a regular basis (ie practicing daily) allows one to manage the mind and therefore develop control over complicated situations...

Please take your time with this exercise - assume you have all the time in the world.
OK Lets get started.  Find a comfortable place to sit (on a chair with your back straight or cross legged on the floor) where you won't be disturbed.  The head and the neck area should not feel strained.  Keep your hands relaxed on the lap and palms facing up.

With your eyes closed follow steps a), b) and c):

a)  Firstly, if you are seated on a chair keeping your feet flat on the floor, visualise roots growing from under your feet and into the ground.  If you are seated on the floor see your spine extending from the base and into the ground.  Keep going till you hit the centre of the earth.  Feel your roots locked in, keeping you firmly on the ground.  This will help you to feel secure.
Spend 1 min on this.

b)  Secondly bringing your focus back to yourself start breathing normally (ie rythematically).  As you inhale feel the air entering the nostrils and then as you exhale feel the air exiting you nostril.  The point at which the air enters and exits will vary from person to person.  You will notice this point if you concentrate fully - you will feel the air gently touching your skin at that very point.  At no point during this exercise should you hold your breath.  This will help you to focus on what is happening now.
Spend 2 mins on this.

c)  Thirdly you are going to change the rythem of your breathing.  Now you will be working with deep breathing.  Inhale deeply.  Feel your abdomen expanding full of air, then your ribs expanding and finally feel your lungs full of air.  Next exhale completely - feel all the air exiting your lungs, then feel your ribs contracting and then feel all the air exiting your abdomen.  At no point during this exercise should you hold your breath.  This will enable optimum oxygenation of your cells and maximum removal of waste.  This leads to improved memory function and increased brain performance.
Spend 2 mins on this.

Calmly return to normal breathing.  Feel yourself secured to the earth and open your eyes when ready.

Here are a few challenges:
1)  Spend 1 min on (a) or even less, 5 mins on (b) and 5 mins on (c).  Approximately a total of 10 mins
2)  Do the 5 min exercise with noise around you
3)  Do the 10 min exercise with noise around you

Good Luck!!

Healing testimonial

In January 2011 I started working on a family living in the USA which I completed beginning of March 2011.  Obviously I will carry on providing advice and additional healings as and when necessary.  My client sent me a wonderful testimonial about a week ago which I felt I had to show you.  It gives hope to those of you who feel that they are in a never ending rut.  The testimonial is as I received it word for word .  If anyone wishes to contact this client, for what ever reason, please let me know (giving reasons) and I will try to put you in touch with her.

Iam a single mother raising my two daughter's alone for 8 years now. They are 13 and 10. We were having really bad night mares for months as well as suffering from arguments, frustration and anger. I thought the place we lived in was haunted.

A friend told me about Medini, and she was a distant healer and could help us. I told Medini of our situation, she began the healing on us three right away. She said our home had darkness and she would help us. I began to listen to what she taught me to do by sending love like a light of pink, to any situation or person that I was having trouble with. This was amazing as it worked right away. As she did the healing's on me, I felt a little sick and restless at night. I could feel the negative energy leaving my body and spirit a little each day. She helped me to focus on what is happing in my life at the very moment. She told me of many situations that helped me to better raise my daughters in a calmer energy. Our night mares have completely vanished and we are living a calmer, more trustworthy family life style.

I trust Medini's advice whole heartedly and to the fullest. I would trust her healing's and positive advice to any one of my loved ones. She is a true blessing in my life. My life has changed completely since she did the healing's on me and my daughters. Iam very grateful for her healing's, advice and the positive energy she taught me to use!

She also did healing's on a dear friend of mine. He too had emotional stress, anger and buildup over the years along with drinking alcohol many times a week. She did the healing on him. He also had restlessness and sick feeling to his stomach for a few days as well. He has changed 90% from how his life was seven months ago into a much positive person. I can tell a dramatic difference in his attitude and self confidence. Iam very thankful for this as well.

I believe Medini is a  gift from God to all of us. She is a inspiration to have in ones life to help them heal, change the course of thinking from negative to positive along with sending love to another. Her advice is true and good natured. I love her for all the help she sent me, all the advice she gave me and the lessons I learned from her are still helpful to this day.

Ego and the Law of Attraction

What does the ego mean to you and how will working with it and knowing more about it help you work with the law of attraction effectively?

This is such a vast topic and I can go on talking about it.  I will, however, keep it short and talk about ego as I see it, very briefly  as I intend purely on showing you the link between the ego and the law of attraction.

The ego was given to us at birth, in order for us to survive on earth as what we call a human being.  As we grew our ego from birth absorbed information from the surrounding which include our parents, siblings, other people around us and circumstances we faced.  The ego (which consists of our personality mind) keeps changing as we grow, it is never fixed and is unique to every individual.  The ego does not necessarily listen to the true heart as it is constantly led by the personality mind..  One will start working with the true heart when the heart and mind join and work together.  In other words any action is carried out once the heart and mind both agree.

The point where the ego starts to work with the true spiritual heart / the soul (which is all about giving / radiating love) is just the beginning stages to working with the laws of attraction effectively.  Once you start connecting with the heart deeply, everything is done with love, the highest frequency, the frequency of the divine energy.

How do you do it?
It is not as complicated as it seems.  First and foremost one needs to want to do it.  If you truly and deeply want to do something, your love will automatically pour into it.  Your ego / the personality mind will obviously come up with fears which will create walls along your path.  Don't fight it, appreciate the information you are being given and pour love to it.  This is easier said than done when all you want to do is bang your head against a wall.  However practice does make it perfect.

Creating gentle positive statements alongside any negative threats will give you the opportunity to slowly break the walls down with love.

Just persevere.....you will eventually get there.  If it means you get help, get it and you will get the results you want.
