Energy Therapy and Meditation - Testimonial

Wanting to know and understand more, having more questions than answers led me to a new chapter in my life. While attending a training workshop in Scotland in November of last year, I was first introduced to Medini and two more wonderful workshop participants. The four of us sat down together and chatted. It became very clear to me at an early stage that Medini brought something unique and special to our discussion. The four of us retired realising that we all had so much to learn, and amongst us was someone with a very special gift.

After several chats, Medini agreed to work with me. I was introduced to Intuitive Healing and Mediation. This would be my first time experiencing both.

Intuitive healing is difficult to explain as Medini goes to a very high level of consciousness and is able to see, feel and hear at a level that we are not, in which she brings healing to where it is needed. I had remarkable improvements in the areas healed by Medini.

She next introduced to me Mediation which took me a while to get used to, now I do it regularly and find it amazing. I can now just “be” meaning being still, no chatter in the head, no thoughts, which is self healing.

Medini does an amazing Chakra Meditation which she was so good to teach me. I would recommend you ask Medini about this when you are having a consultation with her. I regularly balance my Chakras with Meditation and I find I have got better intuition, awareness, peace of mind and know from Medini’s teachings that I have everything I want within me and I only need to be able to access it, which I can do with meditation, gratitude and forgiveness.

To describe Medini and her work I must borrow a line from a Van Morrison song.

“Oh your smiling face, your gracious presence”

Thank you Medini for your remarkable work and insights.  Your gift has touched me in many ways.

Thank you for your testimonial Jolita

Medini specialises in intuitive energy therapy, mind coaching and healing. I also happened to be one of her clients, and one thing I enjoyed the most was mind coaching. She has this interesting and very intriguing way of working with people. During the session she treated me the way she would treat any other client of hers. While doing mind coaching, Medini also included meditation. I felt very relaxed in her presence. I felt at ease and was able to answer all the questions and follow her guidance.

The principle behind the way Medini works is: “our beliefs, values and thoughts create what we experience each moment”. Medini says that whichever area we focus on in life, we are bound to come across negative situations. At times we find it easy to overcome such challenges and at other times we see it as a major obstacle. By using her techniques in mind coaching she helped to find a way out of the uncertainty, to get some clarity and focus on what truly matters.

During meditation practices I felt a sense of calmness, negative emotions and tiredness were being released, and peace enveloped my being. Medini also invited me to discuss matters. I am not a person who finds it easy to talk about my inner world as I tend to keep things to myself, but with her, the discussion was smooth, no forcing, no obligation, just pure interest in finding answers that would help my inner and outer development.

Depressed? You can come out of it!

I received the following letter from a client of mine a few days ago - I am so grateful for the opportunity to help others:

Dear Medini,
I first contacted you in November when i was going through some very difficult times in my life, I was struggling emotionally with changes in my life and felt i had no control over my life at that time and could not even see my life improving in the future, i felt stuck with hurt and mental anguish. I could not see the point of being alive or the reason for my existence.
Having the treatment bought me peace that day (it was my birthday) and probably the following days, but it was especially measurable that day. I have had another treatment with you since plus a chat over the phone, which has helped me so much that i cannot describe in words. I have had dreams and i have somehow become aware to know where to look for the tools to help myself.
It has lead me into looking from one place to another for answers, i have come across various ways of helping myself to heal, each being helpful, changing my life and proceeding to the next venture. My relationships with others seem to have just improved, it is so much more stress free and accepting. I have managed to let go of the relations i was holding onto and i no longer think about the future and i try to live in the presence and enjoy the moment.
My life has transformed and is still transforming for the better, i am still searching for the truth, but i have accepted i cannot fix everything, i do not give myself such a hard time. I can see the changes in my life and understand each step i have gone through which has led me to a better and improved me.  I am feeling more and more content with each step. People may never understand what difference you made to me or how, but i know my life improved with your help.
Thank you for the time you invested in me, thank you too for your healing hands and compassion.

Release toxins and reduce stress levels through this simple breathing technique

If you suddenly felt angry or upset with someone or something, this is a very effective breathing technique that can be done any time, any place, any where, standing, sitting or walking to release any toxins and bring a sense of peace to you.

Visualise clear energy entering the left nostril and into your whole body, and then visualise a clouded energy exiting your right nostril (if you have toxins in your body the energy that comes out will appear either black or grey) .  Keep doing this till you see or feel a clear energy leaving your right nostril.

When doing this exercise you don't need to physically close either of the nostrils - just see or feel the energy entering and exiting.

See how you feel at the end of it.

Please note that this is not an exercise to bring balance as is the case with alternate nostril breathing (see my article on how to do alternate nostril breathing) - it is purely a way of releasing toxins in the body.

After the above exercise, if you feel you need to, bring balance into your body by doing alternate nostril breathing.  You can also do this breathing technique without physically closing either of the nostrils.

As a basic principle, left nostril breathing is controlled by the right hemisphere of the brain and activates the parasympathetic nervous system (and related to the unconscious mind) and the right nostril is controlled by the left hemisphere of the brain and activates the sympathetic nervous system (and related to the conscious mind).  More information on this will be posted in due course.
